- Land near existing houses or derelict properties on large plots
- Site assembly (i.e. several gardens and/or houses together)
- Old houses in very poor condition
- Warehouses and Factories
- Poor trading pubs and hotels
- Land with planning permission that has been refused and needs a fresh approach
- Redundant / vacant commercial property that can benefit from redevelopment or change of use
- Strategically located sites that currently fall outside of the settlement boundaries that can be promoted through the Local Planning process in order to fulfil future housing stock requirements.
We have substantial funds readily available which enables us to act fast and the expertise to proceed unconditionally.
